Main engine serviced; new starboard aftercooler installed, new injectors and new thermostats fitted. The superstructure and hull structures have been fitted with new insulation, and additional sealing has been applied in the wheelhouse. Davit installed with electric winch for the ballast pump. Three aft fuel bunkers cleaned and equipped with new emergency shut-off valves and sight glasses
2023
Anchor winch on the foredeck overhauled and sandblasted; new fixed ventilation fan installed near the engine room. Gas oil tank on the foredeck cleaned, shut-off valves renewed and fitted with an overfill protection system. Cargo hold hydro-jetted and preserved. Hatch cover trolley overhauled. In the galley, the dishwasher and extractor hood were renewed, and a new floor was installed in the accommodation. On the aft deck, a mobile ballast pump and a fuel trim pump (including 80 meters of hose) were installed. The deck crane was converted to hydraulic telescopic operation. A pressure sensor was installed on the gearbox. The lubrication piping of the propeller installation was renewed. Steering system: gyro repeater renewed. Radar installation renewed. Draught marks executed in stainless steel. Stainless-steel rope pots installed on fore and aft deck. Battery pack renewed. The vessel has been equipped with new safety equipment and supplemented where necessary for the issuance of an additional certificate for navigation on German Zone 2 waters
2022
Bow thruster motor and installation renewed. Freshwater tank and pressure water system (hydrophore) on the foredeck replaced. All floodlights on the foredeck renewed and converted to LED. The outdoor unit of the wheelhouse air conditioning was replaced. In the wheelhouse, the ceiling and roof hatch were renewed, an additional plinth heater installed, and the subfloor replaced and finished with PVC flooring. The deck crane was overhauled and fitted with new piping and a new electrical control cabinet. The shaft was fitted with a new stainless-steel cover with integrated valves. The flexible mounting of the main engine was renewed, including realignment; turbochargers were cleaned and crankshaft oil seals replaced. The grease lubrication unit was overhauled. All cameras were renewed. The underwater hull was preserved. A new PC including electronic navigation charts was installed
